Sync Windows Time with an NTP Server (w32tm)

From an elevated PowerShell or CMD:

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"time.windows.com,0x8 pool.ntp.org,0x8" /syncfromflags:MANUAL /reliable:yes /update
Restart-Service w32time
w32tm /resync /force

Check it:

w32tm /query /status
w32tm /query /peers

Domain note: domain members should sync from the domain hierarchy (/syncfromflags:DOMHIER). Only the DC with the PDC emulator role should point to an external NTP server with /reliable:yes.
