Restart the Graphics Driver in Windows (Win+Ctrl+Shift+B)

Press Win + Ctrl + Shift + B.

The screen goes black for a second and you hear a beep: the graphics driver has been restarted. Open apps keep running.

If that's not enough, restart the display adapter from an elevated PowerShell:

Get-PnpDevice -Class Display | Disable-PnpDevice -Confirm:$false
Get-PnpDevice -Class Display | Enable-PnpDevice -Confirm:$false
